Hours, Rates and Other Important Information

Hours

We have a variety of hours available to work with your schedule. Early morning, daytime, weekends, or after work hours are available. Each therapist designs their own schedule, so ask your therapist at the time of your initial consultation.

Rates

Our rates vary depending on which therapist you work with. Check with the therapist. Don't be afraid to ask. These are important questions to clarify before starting your counseling process.

Sessions

Sessions are generally 50 minutes, but may require more time based on the issues you bring into the counseling setting. Your and your therapist will work out what works best for you and what is best for a positive counseling outcome.

Talk with your therapist, or the billing expert, at the time of the initial session to discuss insurance reimbursement. Many insurance plans will reimburse the client for out-of-network services if you have insurance not listed above, so check with your individual policy. We can help you navigate this process.

Payment

Cash, checks, and VISA or Mastercard are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for a 24-hour notification of cancellation in advance of your scheduled appointment so that we may offer the time to other clients. You will be required to pay the full fee if we don't have a 24-hour notification. Thank you for your understanding of this policy.
