When looking for a therapist it’s important that you find someone who is well trained and experienced in working with the issues you bring into therapy. You also want to feel comfortable and connected with your therapist. We work together with you to determine your personal goals for counseling and design a strategy to help you reach those goals.

Kim Pufahl, Psychotherapy Intern  ~  Kim@Spiritofhopecc.com

Life is a beautiful journey, but there are times when the roads we take can leave us feeling stuck, lost, alone, challenged, unsure, and at times, hopeless. Therapy can serve as a roadmap to make some sense of these bumpy roads or major ditches. I can help you steer back onto the wonderful journey you were meant to be on, acknowledge where you have been, understand the place you are now, and envision what can be in the future.

Kim has immediate openings meeting face-to-face or tele-health with convenient hours for you!

My passion includes:

  • Helping individuals find their true selves and live authentically
  • Providing a safe and nurturing environment with honest and caring support
  • Working with couples and families teaching relationship skills and building stronger connections, learning healthy communication skills and resolving conflict
  • Offering therapeutic support for depression, anxiety, codependency, abuse as well as other mental health concerns
  • Working with teens and their families addressing issues our kids are facing today and helping parents learn effective parenting skills
  • Understanding the transitional stages of relationships, marriage, raising children, and family change are so important, but focusing on oneself to be true and real is even greater. I can help you do that!
